About the Workshop: Students immerse themselves in the art and craft of filmmaking by collaboratively producing short films. Under the guidance of our faculty, they engage in hands-on training in directing, cinematography, editing, and production, while honing their skills in creative collaboration. Utilizing professional-grade equipment, students gain practical, hands-on experience that mirrors the workflows and standards of the film industry.

About the 48 Hour Film Project: The 48 Hour Film Project is the world's oldest and largest timed filmmaking competition in which teams of filmmakers from 75 cities around the globe have a single weekend to write, cast, shoot, edit and score a short film for public viewing. Filmmakers from each winning city are invited to screen their films at Filmapalooza, held at the end of each year, to compete for the international title of Best Film.
