Dancing & Singing

Have you danced today? Did you sing? "Whistle while you work?"

Music saves me every day. It tells me a story. It can transport me to another time. It can immerse me in the present. It embodies who I am and who I wish to be.

I can dance and sing my way out of anything.

Do I dance and sing well? Does it matter? I once saw Pete Seeger in person in Beacon, NY on the waterfront. He sang. He was well into his 90's, and he said everyone can always sing.

A few minutes of dance and singing every day can reset your day. Research shows that dancing can actually elevate mood and increase happiness (Shafir, 2013).

When I work with you and your companies, we will dance and sing. Maybe it'll be out of key. It's what we were made to do. Move our bodies and come together in music.

The Aurelia Network is a branch of 917 Studios and will help you and your company come together and be more productive through storytelling to promote happiness. Because maybe the point of everything is to make a better world together while doing the work we love.

I can't wait to work with you all soon.

Warmly,
Rebecca

P.S. Picture is blurry because... well... I was dancing. 😀
