Visionary Companies

The problem with a fast paced world is when we reach burnout in ourselves and in our companies we look for solutions to return home; to find happiness. Though this often creates a familiar cycle where the solutions become the new problems. What's the quick fix? Is there a one size fits all solution? Bandwagons become the head fake.

So, then, how do we achieve a purpose in ourselves and in our companies?

When we return back to ourselves and find inspiration in dance or music or storytelling that speak to our inner peace, that's when we can rebuild in a methodical way.

Storytelling in our companies matters. It's not because we need to take away from the momentum of that which we are building, the products we create, or the services we provide. Rather, it changes the trajectory, it helps us build teams, and brings the locus of control back to our strengths with an aim toward happiness.

Happier, healthier employees create visionary companies.

I've run a race without knowing where I'm headed for a long time but not anymore.

As I write my stories, I've networked and found ways to build excitement around my stories to make films and let my voice be heard. All of our stories matter, the ones we hold and the ones we write, or we wouldn't have them for ourselves.

I write to create shared spaces where people can synthesize their emotions. It's a psychologically safe place to feel seen and heard. I hope that my films encourage others to embrace the true stories of their lives but also the inspirations of their hearts.

I'd love to come and speak to your company, to work 1:1 with your executives, and to inspire your teams to solve difficult problems, so we can band together and make our companies thrive in their purpose.

It's not idealistic or impossible; it's what humans have always done to achieve great things that make the world a kinder, gentler, happier, incredible place.

I look forward to working with you soon.

Warmly,
Rebecca
